Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Kedah, Malaysia. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the production floor, manage production schedules, ensure efficient production planning, and maintain high standards of production management. This role requires strong supervisory skills and effective communication to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

-Support the companys overall safety goals by implementing safety management systems, training, and compliance measures to achieve a zero-accident environment.

-Drive cost control initiatives by reducing production expenses while maintaining high output and quality standards.

-Coordinate with departments to fulfill production plans, enhance production processes, improve pass rates, and raise production efficiency.

-Collaborate with managers on strategic planning to continuously improve production capacity, quality, and performance.

Requirements

-Bachelors degree or above.

-Minimum 3 years of experience in production management, preferably in the new energy industry.

-Familiar with Lean Production, 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949/VDA quality systems.

-Strong proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay.

-Excellent execution, coordination, and adaptability skills.

-Willingness to attend a 3-month training program in China (fully sponsored by the company).
