Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1.

Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials and other production resources according to the production plan to ensure production targets are achieved with the required quality and quantity.

2.

Responsible for daily shopfloor management, including production progress follow - up, manpower arrangement, work discipline, 5S management, production efficiency improvement and workplace safety control.

3.

Optimize, implement and continuously improve internal departmental processes, systems and working standards to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

4.

Lead the analysis and resolution of production site issues, identify root causes, and develop both short - term corrective actions and long - term improvement plans.

5.

Promote and follow up on the implementation of improvement actions to enhance productivity, quality, safety and overall operational performance.

6.

Organize daily team communication, training and coaching to continuously improve team members skills, work efficiency and problem - solving ability.

7.

Build a positive and cooperative team culture, enhance team cohesion, and support the development of team members.

8.

Complete other tasks assigned by the department or management.

Job Requirements

1.

Diploma or Degree holder in any field. Candidates with relevant production management experience will also be considered.

2.

Minimum 3 years of production management experience in a large - scale manufacturing environment.

3.

Experience in the lithium battery industry, electronics manufacturing, automotive, semiconductor, or other high - volume manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.

4.

Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, 5S, production efficiency improvement or shopfloor management is preferred.

5.

Strong sense of teamwork, with good communication, coordination and planning skills.

6.

Good organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate production teams.

7.

Self - driven, responsible, hands - on and able to work under pressure in a fast – paced manufacturing environment.

8.

Willing to work according to production arrangements when required.
