Job Description

Job Responsibility

Ensure consistent compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and Company Quality Policy
Planning and allocating works / resources according to production plan
Provide on-the-job training for new workers
Enure daily / weekly / month reports are produced on time
Attend meetings when required
Achieve production targets according to delivery schedules
Control quality and monitor workers performance
Maintain workers discipline
Encourage effective communication within the department and with other department as well.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position
Experiences and knowledge in Spraying would be an added advantage
Able to work with minimum supervision and manage multi-tasks simultaneously in order to meet deadlines
Working on weekends and holidays may be required when business needs arise.
