About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead and support our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency across production stations, and ensure strict compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing, monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
- Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
- Maintaining communication between employees and the Management team to ensure procedure and policies are well-understood
- Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources to prevent production interruption
- Compliance with quality of products and to initiate AAR or CAPA if any quality issue arises
- Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team
- Assisting in recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Qualifications:
- Education: At least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline (knowledge in ISO 13485 is an advantage)
- Experience: At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Capability: Proficient in MS Office & Machine handling
- Language: English, Malay (Japanese is an added advantage)
