JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate and monitor production daily activities and processes to ensure manufacturing operations run according to the standard operating procedures and work instructions, and meeting the product quality standards.
- Supervise and motivate production workers to ensure smooth operations to enhance line efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Execute food safety controls and policies as well as GMP practices and maintains the cleanliness and good housekeeping of the working environment.
- Ensure the compliance of production workers to the Company's policies, rules and regulation and conduct counseling and disciplinary action to production workers as and when deemed necessary.
- Monitor production machineries performance and report any abnormality to Maintenance team for machinery maintenance or repairing before causing any major disruption to the production.
- Prepare and submit forms and records as per requirement on time.
- To assist any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENT
At least 2 years working experience in manufacturing operations in F&B or FMCG industries.
Equivalent qualifications and to have knowledge and experience in GMP and food safety standards procedures.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Good discipline and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to perform rotation shift work (7am - 7pm or 7pm 7am)
