Position Requirement:
- Minimum Degree holders or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years Trainer experience in manufacturing environment.
- Write and Speak English, Malay and Mandarin
- Candidate who knows Mandarin language will be an advantage
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Position Responsibilities:
- Drivership for incharge cell KPI, including OTD, Productivity, Efficiency, Product Quality, Scraps, Improvement activity and etc.
- Coordination with multiple functions within the incharge cell to establish strategic plans to ensure production schedules are met within established quality and cost objectives.
- Responsible for planning and carrying out production under controlled condition, shall ensure the availability of documentation, equipment, manpower or material in order to meet Quality, delivery and productivity targets.
- Responsible for determining necessary skill/ competence for personnel performing quality work.
- Accountable to maintain and improve the discipline for related support functions under the lead.
- Authorized to make decisions in relation of incharge cell for the benefit of the Company.
