We are looking for a highly committed and dependable leader who takes ownership of their responsibilities and is consistently present for the team. The right candidate should have a strong attendance record, be responsive when operational support is needed, and understand that effective leadership is not limited to being physically present in the office during the standard working hours.

The successful candidate will lead, by example, to stay connected with employees, and provide the guidance and support needed to keep operations running safely and effectively.

What You'll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure we deliver quality products safely, on time, and efficiently. You will work closely with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to achieve production goals while continuously improving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Supervise and develop production operators and specialists, creating a high-performing and engaged team.
• Monitor production performance, identify issues, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Optimize manpower, equipment utilization, and production flow to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ISO quality, environmental, and safety management systems.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and smooth execution of customer projects.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and support process improvements to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate production performance through KPIs and operational reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting project-based or make-to-order manufacturing operations will be a strong advantage.
• Proven experience leading production teams and driving operational performance.

Skills & Experience

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• Strong production planning and manufacturing knowledge.
• Experience leading shop floor teams and developing people.
• Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management Systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills using structured methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Root Cause Analysis).
• Ability to prioritize multiple activities in a demanding environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good reporting and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for operational excellence.
