Summary
Supervising all C&T and Instrument production Operators, Machinists and Team Leaders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:
Supervise all Production Personnel and maintain their record.
Able to coach, train, motivate and lead them.
Maintain a safety environment in the Production for all employees.
Must maintain and practice company quality standards and goal set for the Production team at all time.
Able to represent the Production Department in the Management meetings.
Special projects as assigned by Management.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
With Management / Mechanical Engineering Diploma/Degree and have 4+ years of working experience.
