Production Support Analyst(.Net & ReactJS) - 12 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support production systems to ensure high availability and performance
• Investigate and troubleshoot application issues across C# backend and React JS frontend
• Analyse logs, application behaviour, and error reports to identify root causes
• Query and validate data in MSSQL databases to support issue resolution
• Work with development teams to escalate and resolve defects or system bugs
• Provide timely updates and resolution status to stakeholders
• Perform basic bug fixes or configuration changes where applicable
• Support deployment validation and post-release monitoring
• Document incidents, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolutions

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with C# (.NET) and React JS
• Strong understanding of web application architecture (frontend–backend interaction)
• Experience in production support / application support environment
• Ability to read and understand application code for troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of SQL and MSSQL database querying
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage incidents under time pressure
• Good communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., ManageEngine, JIRA)
• Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
• Prior experience in production support 1 role
