Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years in Application/Production Support with at least 23 years leading L2 support for customer-facing or business-critical applications.
Hands-on experience supporting mobile applications (iOS/Android) including crash/ANR analysis, app-store release considerations, and mobile-specific troubleshooting.
Strong experience in production deployments and release/change management (CAB/CAC), including cutover planning and post-release stabilization.
Strong troubleshooting skills across app + API + backend dependencies; ability to interpret logs, traces, metrics, and error codes end-to-end.
Experience with incident/problem management processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow/Jira/SDP/HPQC or equivalent).
Working knowledge of CI/CD and build/release concepts (pipelines, versioning, environment configuration).
SQL knowledge for investigation (queries, data validation) and basic understanding of databases/caching concepts.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills: clear incident updates, RCA writing, and coordination across business, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
