Job Description

Support day-to-day operations of the bank's Data Security suite of products
Assist in designing, developing, deploying, and enhancing Data Security controls
Ensure secure configuration and continuous improvement of security solutions
Collaborate with IT, engineering, and endpoint management teams for secure implementation
Contribute to compliance alignment with security standards and policies

Requirements

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Data Security tools such as DLP and Email Encryption
Monitor security systems, review alerts, and support incident response activities
Perform maintenance and upgrades to security applications ensuring availability and performance
Analyze and remediate vulnerabilities while applying industry best practices in Data Security
Document operational procedures and provide support for audits and reporting needs
