Proven experience in shell scripting in a Linux/Unix environment
Strong proficiency of SQL (Oracle-oriented)
Understanding middleware technologies such as FTP and MQ messaging systems
Familiarity and knowledge of Citrix is a plus
Experience with job schedulers, particularly Mainframe Scheduler TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler for Z/OS), is a plus
Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems
Understanding of ITIL framework or similar service management best practices
Requirements
Run activity : handle and manage system alerts until resolution and process user &aposs requests (analyze and debug)
Participate to projects and develop, maintain, and optimize scripts and SQL databases, ensuring data integrity of reconciliation applications
Troubleshoot infrastructure middleware components such as FTP servers and MQ messaging services and correspond with the infrastructure providers for fixes or incidents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in finance and technology
