We are seeking a hands-on and adaptable technician to support various manufacturing operations across Production, Process, Testing, and Maintenance departments. This role is suitable for candidates who are willing to learn and develop multi-skill capabilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements:
- Certificate / SKM / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic / Manufacturing / related field)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in manufacturing is an advantage
- Willing to work on rotating shifts
- Able to work in Senai, Johor
- Interest in production operations, process control, testing, or machine maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
- Support daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and output targets
- Assist in product testing activities
- Perform basic machine setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance support
- Carry out inspection and measurement tasks according to standard procedures
- Record and report production, test, and maintenance data accurately
- Ensure machines, tools, and work areas are maintained in good and safe condition
- Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor
