Job Purpose

Plan the daily work in Production Area in order to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently

Tasks and Responsibilities

Program and supervise work in extra time
Supervise & cross train team
Plan & Manage Team holidays
Identify areas for efficiency improvements
Always ensures full contingency cover
Record and investigate non conformances, reworking where possible.
Coordinate and ensure maintenance of the production equipment according to the established schedule.
Liaison between department and Senior Management concerning trends and problem areas.
Monitor hazardous waste activities in Production.
Analyze and monitor the indicators, in order to take the necessary measures.
Guarantee cleanliness and order of the factory.
Ensure compliance with the company's industrial safety guidelines for the Production.
Prepare Production related Operations procedure and Work Instructions.
