We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Team Leader to oversee daily production activities, manage production teams, and ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational efficiency are consistently achieved.
About the Role
The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of production management experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment. Experience in lithium battery manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily production activities according to the production plan and ensure production targets are achieved on schedule.
- Ensure manufacturing processes are carried out in accordance with established procedures, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and take appropriate action to maintain product quality and minimize defects.
- Allocate manpower effectively and organize team members to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
- Supervise daily shop-floor activities and ensure compliance with 5S, workplace safety, and company policies.
- Monitor employee attendance, work discipline, performance, and overall team productivity.
- Conduct regular on-the-job training and coaching to continuously improve employees technical skills and work performance.
- Build a positive and collaborative team environment through effective communication, motivation, and employee engagement.
- Identify production issues and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational problems promptly.
- Prepare and communicate production updates, issues, and performance reports to management.
- Ensure all team members follow company safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma and above; any field of study is acceptable.
- 3–5 years of production management or supervisory experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
- Experience in lithium battery manufacturing or related industries will be an advantage.
