AT&S, a world leading high-tech PCB & IC Substrates Company, with production plants in Austria, China, India, Korea; and Sales Support Offices around the globe, is building its first production site in Southeast Asia: Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia. Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position:
Production Technician
Your Responsibilities
- Assist Supervisor or Line Leader to ensure production smooth running with minimum problem
- Ensure to achive the target output given by management
- Able to work in the team by the same direction to achieve departmental KPI
- Perform basic troubleshoting and monitoring production machine
- Support Engineer to perform the project assigned by management
- Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol in the work or production area
Your Profile
- Diploma in Engineering or Science field or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry is preferable
- Fresh Diploma holders are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of analysis data, measurement test and microsoft office are added advantage
- Strong problem solving skills, good analytical skills
- Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
