Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Taman Tuanku Jaafar (TTJ), Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

Industry: Secondary Battery Manufacturing (Lithium-ion)

Qualification: Diploma in related field

Salary: RM2,100 - RM3,200

About the role

As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in the Manufacturing Process, ensuring the smooth and efficient production of high-quality products. This full-time position is based in Negeri Sembilan and offers the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and innovative team within the manufacturing team.

Responsibilities :

1. Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery to

ensure smooth production flow.

2. Set up machines and prepare raw materials/components

according to work instructions.

3. Perform routine checks, adjustments, and minor maintenance to

maintain equipment efficiency.

4. Record production data, machine performance, and downtime

reports accurately.

5. Follow safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean

and organized work area.

6. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency,

reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

7. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to

meet daily output targets

Qualification & Skills

1. Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic , or

Technical field.

2. Prior experience in a manufacturing/production environment is an

advantage

3. Ability to read and follow SOPs, technical drawings, and work

instructions

4. Knowledge of safety practices, 5S, and lean manufacturing

principles.

5. Proficient in the use of production equipment, tools, and basic

maintenance techniques

6. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high

standards of quality

7. Good communication skills to effectively report on production

progress and concerns
