PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and support corrective actions.
- Ensure proper wiring and connections based on electrical drawings.
- Basic electrical principles, such as distinguishing between direct current (DC), alternating current (AC), and low-voltage circuits.
- Proficient in using electrical schematic diagrams; able to understand electrical symbols and perform wiring based on schematics.
- Knowledge of common electrical components and their working principles.
- Skilled in using common electrical tools such as crimping tools and multimeters.
- Responsible for component assembly, IO check and debugging using various tools, following technical blueprints or instructions.
- Ensure task completed meet quality and performance standards, documenting any discrepancies or malfunctions.
- follow technical drawings, specifications, work instructions, and other relevant documentation to complete tasks accurately.
- Perform maintenance on tools and equipment used during the assembly and debugging process to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any issues.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment, including the proper use of protective gear and equipment
- Provide feedback on potential improvements in assembly and debugging techniques or processes to increase efficiency and product quality
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- SPM, Certificate, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or any related field
- Prior experience in electrical assembly in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment, with the ability to use them safely and effectively.
- Ability to work with precision and accuracy, ensuring that assembled products meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
- Ability to identify issues during assembly and troubleshoot or repair as necessary.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience working in manufacturing environment or with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Able to understand and speak Chinese , to be deal with China Team
- Experience in Machine Assembly
