Our client, a global organisation operating in a highly connected and mission-critical environment, is seeking a Senior SME - Productivity & Unified Communications to join their technology team.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on delivering, supporting, and continuously improving modern collaboration platforms that enable a seamless digital workplace across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support collaboration platforms including Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ensure collaboration services are secure, stable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Drive service improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, identity, endpoint, and security teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Work with stakeholders and vendors to optimise collaboration capabilities across the organisation.
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience supporting enterprise messaging, collaboration, or unified communications environments.
- Knowledge of identity and access management concepts.
- Experience with cloud-based collaboration technologies and hybrid environments.
- Ability to analyse service performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Requirements
