Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking for motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and grow the Company's products within the healthcare sector, including pharmacies, private hospitals, clinics, specialists, and wholesalers in the assigned territory. The role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional company image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the Company's products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, specialists, and wholesalers within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and follow-up visits to secure customer orders and strengthen market presence.
  • Identify and prospect new customers and business opportunities within the territory.
  • Support product listing activities and promotional initiatives where applicable.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend sales and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to coordinate customer support and sales execution plans.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts, reports, travel itineraries, and related documentation on a timely basis.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide relevant business intelligence to management.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with the Company's guidelines, policies, and code of conduct.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the immediate superior or management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field is an added advantage.
  • Possess a valid D driving license.
  • Prior pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and selling skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Positive, adaptable, and resilient mindset in a dynamic business environment.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM/sales management systems is an added advantage.
  • Willing to travel and stay overnight for outstation assignments when required.
