Job Summary

You will support the execution of the People Strategy and drive HR operational excellence on key initiatives across the talent lifecycle. You will advocate for HR services and coordinate with Centers of Excellence and HR Business Services teams to meet strategic business needs.


Key Responsibilities


Business Partnering & Alignment

. Support People Experience Partner in designing and executing people strategy and HR initiatives aligned with business priorities, P&L objectives, and key bottom-line drivers.

. Build strong relationships with business leadership, client stakeholders, and management teams through regular reviews and collaboration.

. Understand organizational pulse, proactively identify opportunities and issues, and develop sustainable, innovative solutions.

Talent Management & Development

. Manage annual talent cycles including performance management, year-end reviews, compensation planning, talent review, talent development and succession planning.

. Partner with managers to address performance issues through coaching, data-driven counsel, and best practices, in consultation with Legal and Compliance team when needed.

. Identify learning and development needs and coordinate with L&D teams to deliver upskilling and development programs.

. Implement engagement and retention interventions to facilitate retention and support talent transitions and redeployment initiatives.

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

. Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition team to drive efficient and effective recruiting processes to continuously reduce time to fill and improve hiring quality.

. Support client expansion and new business stabilization with focus on employee experience.

HR Operations & Service Delivery

. Support BAU and cyclical HR activities and projects across staffing, employee relations, rewards and recognition, talent management, people survey, learning & development, engagement, etc.

. Ensure employee data accuracy, working with HR Business Services to identify and resolve issues.

. Leverage AI & HR technology platforms to drive efficiency, value, and results.

. Advocate for full suite of HR services and Centers of Excellence, ensuring business adherence to agreed service offerings.

. Provide analytics, trends, and feedback to improve HR and organizational effectiveness.

Culture & Behavior

. Champion JLL culture and values (Ethics, Teamwork, Excellence) and JLL behaviors in all interactions.

. Integrate diversity and inclusion mindset and coach others on optimizing firm values.

. Act as trusted consultant and role model.

. Balance organizational interests with employee advocacy to create a value-driven culture.


Key Requirements


Education & Experience

. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required

. 8-12 years HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering or Employee Relations

. Experience supporting senior executives and dispersed populations

Business & Technical Skills

. Strong business and commercial acumen with client focus

. Data analytics capabilities to drive recommendations and outcomes

. Project and change management skills with proven ability to act as change agent

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AI tools

HR Expertise

. Proven track record in fast-paced HR functions across multiple service offerings

. Experience working with senior HRBPs or embedded in business in broad HR roles

. Risk and compliance mindset with ability to identify and resolve issues proactively

Communication & Influencing Skills

. Strong written and verbal communication skills with all organizational levels

. Demonstrated success influencing and advising managers and leaders
