Professional Services Consultant - Workforce Advisory & Talent Insight

Are you passionate about helping organisations make better people decisions through data, insight and consulting

At Thomas, we're looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join our team and partner with organisations across the APAC region to solve complex workforce, talent and leadership challenges. This is a 12 month full-time contract.

In this role, you'll work with senior HR and business leaders to uncover insights, challenge assumptions, and translate workforce and assessment data into practical recommendations that drive meaningful business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading discovery and diagnostic engagements with clients across a range of industries
• Analysing workforce, talent and assessment data to identify opportunities and challenges
• Advising senior leaders on workforce strategy, leadership effectiveness and talent decisions
• Facilitating workshops, presenting insights and helping clients take action
• Building trusted relationships while delivering measurable value to clients
• Developing expertise in talent analytics, psychometrics and organisational effectiveness

About You

We're interested in speaking with experienced consultants who have:

• Consulting, advisory, people analytics or organisational development experience
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into compelling stories
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and a passion for helping clients succeed

Base salary: MYR 130,000 - 150,000 per annum
