The Role

AsaProfessionalServicesSpecialistatAmdocs,youwillbepartofagroupofhighlytrainedproductexpertsresponsibleforend-to-endproductdeploymentofourmulti-vendor,multi-technologynetworkoptimizationplatform.

What will your job look like

• Reviewtechnicalrequirementswithinternalandexternalstakeholderstorecommendoptimalsolutionsalignedwithcustomerneeds
• Participateinalltechnicalaspectsofproductimplementation,includingend-to-enddeploymentofAmdocssolutions
• Serveasacustomer-facingrepresentativethroughoutallphasesoftheprojectlifecycle,includingonsiteengagements
• Deliverpost-deploymenttrainingsessionsandworkshopstodriveproductadoptionandeffectiveusage
• Monitorsystemperformance,troubleshootissues,andcollaboratecloselywithR&Dtoresolvefunctionalandperformance-relatedconcerns
• Supportpre-salesactivities,includingproof-of-concepts(POCs)andtechnicalevaluations
• Developandmaintaintechnicaldocumentation,implementationguides,andbestpractices
• Contributetocontinuousprocessimprovementstoenhanceteamproductivityandindividualefficiency

• ProficiencyinscriptinglanguagessuchasPython,PHP,Bash,orPowerShell
