Overview:

We are seeking an experienced speaker or educator to deliver a corporate-level training session on the topic:

Mastering FCPA: Navigating Anti-Corruption Compliance

This will be a one-time virtual engagement, with potential for repeat sessions as part of our monthly professional learning and development series for participants across the globe.

Trainer Requirement:

• The objective of this professional development session is to build a strong and practical understanding of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and broader anti-corruption compliance frameworks. The session should enable professionals to confidently identify, assess, and mitigate corruption-related risks in their day-to-day roles, while reinforcing ethical decision-making and regulatory awareness.
• We are looking for a session that is informative, engaging, and impact-driven, helping participants move beyond theoretical knowledge to real-world application. The trainer should incorporate practical case studies, enforcement examples, and actionable compliance strategies, covering areas such as third-party risk management, red flag identification, and internal controls.
• The session should also include interactive elements ( scenario-based discussions, audience polls, etc.) and Q&A to ensure high engagement. Examples and case references should be relevant on a global scale, with particular contextual relevance to India and Malaysia, ensuring applicability across diverse regulatory environments and workplace contexts, as the audience will include participants from both regions.
