Candidates should have:
PhD in a related discipline
Strong interest in research and be involved in scholarly activities
With relevant teaching/industry experience
Candidates without PhD but with strong teaching/industry experience, research & publication record from reputable universities may be considered.

Counselling
Masters degree in Counselling.
Must be a Registered Counsellor with the Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia.
Psychology
Any areas of Psychology (Clinical Psychology, Criminal/Forensic Psychology, Cross-Cultural Psychology, Developmental Psychology/Applied Behavioural Analysis, Engineering Psychology, Experimental Psychology, Health Psychology, Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Sports Psychology are the priority)
Languages and Linguistics
Linguistics / TESL / TESOL and English Language Teaching
Public Relations
Public Relations Writing / Social Media / Corporate Social Responsibility / Media Ethics and Law
Advertising
Web Design / 3-D animation, preferably graduate from advertising degree
