Job Description

Joey Yap Group is a global leader in Chinese Metaphysics education, specializing in Feng Shui, BaZi, Qi Men Dun Jia, Date Selection, and other classical systems of Chinese Metaphysics. Through our programs, events, and consulting services, we empower individuals from around the world to better understand themselves, make informed life decisions, and develop professional mastery in these ancient disciplines. Our ecosystem of courses, certifications, and advisory services serves a diverse community of learners ranging from curious beginners to serious practitioners and professionals.

We are currently in search of a Program Advisor whose primary responsibility is to proactively connect with students, helping them identify the most suitable programs for their learning goals and personal development journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reaching out to prospects who have previously attended our events, webinars, or online launches to better understand their interests and learning objectives.
  • Providing clear guidance on suitable courses, workshops, and programs based on each prospect's level of interest, experience, and aspirations.
  • Following up with interested prospects to answer questions, address concerns, and support their decision-making process.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects through the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and events teams to support program launches and ensure prospective students receive timely and relevant guidance.

Key Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and guide conversations confidently over phone or video calls.
  • Prior experience in education advisory, enrollment support, consultative sales, or customer advisory roles is preferred.
  • A genuine interest in personal development and helping individuals find the right learning pathway.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospect conversations and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Comfort using messaging platforms, digital communication channels and AI tools to manage prospect engagement.

Working hour: Monday to Friday 9.30AM to 5.30PM, Saturday 9.30AM to 1.00PM
