Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Program Coordinator, based in WP, Kuala Lumpur on Literacy Program. with some remote work flexibility. The Program Coordinator will manage and develop programs aligned to the organization's mission and goals. Responsibilities include organizing and overseeing projects, coordinating with stakeholders, managing schedules and budgets, supporting teams to meet objectives, and providing customer service to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Program Management and Program Development
• Strong skills in Project Management and organizational processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Adaptable to hybrid work environments and able to manage tasks independently
• Experience in educational or non-profit sectors is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Management, or equivalent experience
