We're looking to add a Program Executive in Senai, Johor, Malaysia.

As a Program Executive, You will:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Support customers by preparing and managing competitive quotations.

• Coordinate daily operational activities to meet customer delivery requirements.

• Monitor operational trends and implement corrective actions when required.

• Manage cross functional activities to achieve quality, delivery, and profitability objectives.

• Lead cross functional teams to ensure successful and timely product launches.

• Ensure customer and company requirements are met in quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.

• Drive productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

• Maintain effective communication between customers and internal stakeholders.

• Monitor inventory levels to support operational efficiency and customer demand.

What skills and experiences are we looking for:

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory, business program, or project management environment.

• Strong understanding of program coordination, customer management, and operational execution.

• Sensitive to figures with strong cost analysis capabilities.

• Possess strong leadership, technical competency, and analytical skills.

• Effective team player with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
