Job Title: Program Manager – Energy / Oil & Gas

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong project governance and delivery management expertise to handle large-scale programs within the Energy / Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, and transition planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple project streams effectively.

Preference will be given to candidates with Malay language proficiency and experience working in enterprise transformation environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver large-scale enterprise projects/programs end-to-end
• Define project scope, governance framework, timelines, and delivery plans
• Drive project execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Plan and manage transition activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Provide regular project status updates to client stakeholders and management
• Ensure project risks, issues, and dependencies are tracked and mitigated
• Lead project governance meetings, steering committees, and reporting activities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure adherence to Agile and project management best practices
• Support resource planning, budgeting, and delivery management activities

Required Experience

• Total Experience: 10+ years
• Relevant Program / Project Management Experience: 8–10 years
