PCI Private Limited is looking for an experienced Program Manager to be based in Malaysia under remote work arrangements. This position is a 1 year contract role, and will be placed under an Employment Agency.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison with global customers for NPI, fostering strong and successful customer relationships.
- Achieve and surpass the assigned sales budget for designated accounts.
- Oversee customer NPI and forecasting, ensuring timely execution of NPI deliverables.
- Ensure production pricing for NPI quotes is both profitable and competitive.
- Address customer issues promptly and efficiently, keeping relevant team members informed of any arising challenges.
- Meet monthly targets for order fulfilment, account receivables, and inventory risk management.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential excess and obsolete inventory.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Engineering with 5 years of relevant working experience or a Degree Holder in Engineering/Project Management
- Possesses experience in managing NPI and other Project management
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
- Possesses strong Negotiation, Leadership and Presentation skills
- Willing to travel whenever required due to business needs
- Able to commit to overtime as and when required
