Job Description

The Program Manager will lead Marketing and Digital Marketing initiatives for Etiqa+ and other digital applications as required. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end digital marketing activities, ensuring strategic alignment, detailed planning, strong coordination, and timely execution. The position plays a proactive and value-adding role in translating Etiqa+s strategies into actionable plans to achieve the intended business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising, preferably in a digital or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, analytics, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web design principles.
  • Ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns and drive results.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and digital campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, development, and execution of marketing and digital initiatives (OCR, Buy Button, API integration, SEO, SEM, social media, and digital campaigns).
  • Develop engaging content marketing strategies across online platforms.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and campaign performance.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments, A/B tests, and conversion optimization activities.
  • Report performance of digital campaigns against ROI and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, media partners, and creative agencies on growth strategies.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance brand visibility.

Employment type: Contract 12-month on renewal
