About the role
The Program Manager, Global Compliance provides global oversight of datacenter physical security compliance programs. In this role, you will support the Senior Global Manager – Compliance in leading regional compliance leads and specialists to deliver industry best practices and ensure alignment with global compliance standards.
You will play a key role in facilitating, monitoring, and documenting compliance programs, procedures, policies, and processes related to security officer services. This is a highly collaborative and strategic role requiring close engagement with cross-functional stakeholders to drive consistency, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across global operations.
What you'll do
As a Program Manager, Global Compliance, you will lead and support strategic global compliance initiatives within a complex datacenter physical security environment. You will partner closely with the Senior Global Manager – Compliance to ensure effective delivery of the internal compliance program, supporting audit readiness and maintaining high standards of security service delivery across regions.
You will collaborate with datacenter security operations teams and key stakeholders to develop and maintain protocols, policies, and processes that ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, statements of work, and contractual requirements impacting security services.
A key part of your role will be identifying compliance risks, vulnerabilities, and gaps, and driving corrective actions and process improvements to strengthen controls and operational effectiveness. You will provide clear and timely updates on compliance initiatives to leadership and business partners.
You will also support the development and rollout of training programs aligned to compliance initiatives, ensuring teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools required to meet operational expectations.
In addition, you will identify and lead process improvement initiatives within operations and PMO teams, recommending enhancements to workflows and operating practices to improve efficiency and consistency. You will maintain a strong customer service mindset, working closely with internal stakeholders and clients to address compliance concerns, risk assessments, and operational challenges.
What you need to apply
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively in a global, fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and supporting structured compliance processes within a complex operational setting.
To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal right to work in Singapore, and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. You should be fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and have access to reliable communication and transportation.
You must also be willing to complete the organisation's pre-employment screening process, which may include background checks and drug screening where applicable. A valid passport is required due to potential regional and international engagement.
Experience in compliance, security operations, risk, or governance within a global or multi-site environment will be highly valued, along with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones.

This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to operate in a dynamic global environment. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when working with compliance documentation and reporting.
The role may require up to 30% travel, both domestically and internationally, to support compliance program activities and stakeholder engagement. You will receive training opportunities, including ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems certification training, to support your professional development.
Given the nature of the work, you will be required to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times. The role also involves regular use of computer systems for extended periods, including documentation, analysis, and data entry. The role requires frequent verbal communication and active listening as part of day-to-day stakeholder engagement across regions.
Occasionally, you may be required to perform light physical activity, including lifting or moving items up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds on occasion, and maintaining appropriate visual focus for detailed work. A valid passport and the ability to travel, along with flexibility to support operational needs, are essential for success in this role.
