Program Manager (Physical AI)

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of multiple related projects to achieve specific business goals. You will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that all projects within your portfolio are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working Location: George Town, Malaysia

Working Day/Hour: Monday to Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Contract: 1 year (Renewable/Convertible)

Key Responsibilities

• Define program controls, processes, and governance structures to ensure consistent project delivery across the organization.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of various projects, from initial scoping and resource allocation to final implementation and post-launch review.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, providing regular progress reports and managing expectations.
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or risks within the program and develop contingency plans to minimize impact on delivery timelines.
• Manage program budgets and allocate human and technical resources efficiently across multiple workstreams.
• Standardize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to improve team velocity and operational efficiency.

JobRequirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Project or Program Management, with a track record of successful delivery.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business insights.
• Exposure to Robotics or Industrial Automation environments will be a strong advantage.
• Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
