What You'll Do
- Champion business growth by expanding our semiconductor or medical manufacturing portfolio
- Manage and nurture key customer accounts, building trusted partnerships
- Provide market insights, forecasts, and sales reports to influence strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, costing, and engineering solutions
- Represent us at international trade shows and industry events, strengthening our regional presence
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years proven experience in sales or business development within semiconductor or medical manufacturing (NOT healthcare/hospital services)
- Strong track record in account management, revenue growth, and project leadership
- Existing network or connections in the manufacturing sector is a big plus
- Technical understanding of product drawings, costing, and manufacturing processes
- Strong communicator and negotiator with leadership potential
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Based in i-Park, Kulai, Johor (Subject to change), with readiness to travel regionally
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia (no work visa sponsorship required)
