Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Role Summary

Responsible for leading large-scale, multi-wave data center migration programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, regulatory requirements, and enterprise transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Define program strategy, migration approach, and roadmap

- Manage multiple projects and project managers across workstreams

- Lead executive stakeholder communication and governance

- Oversee budget, commercials, and vendor contracts

- Drive enterprise risk, compliance, and regulatory alignment

- Establish migration factory model and standardization practices

- Ensure successful transition, benefits realization, and DC decommissioning

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong program management and leadership experience

- Expertise in DC operations, infrastructure, and migration programs

- Experience in BFSI or regulated environments preferred

- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and financial management skills

Certifications (Preferred)

- PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2

- ITIL Expert

- Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS)
