We're looking to add a Program Manager in Senai, Johor, Malaysia.

As a Program Manager, You will:

• Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, Quality, Operations, and Production to meet customer requirements.

• Manage customer programs throughout the product lifecycle, from new product introduction (NPI) through mass production and end-of-life.

• Monitor project and program progress, provide status updates, and ensure successful execution of customer commitments.

• Drive timely implementation of engineering and product changes while managing associated operational and cost impacts.

• Lead customer issue resolution activities and drive corrective and preventive actions where required.

• Monitor program financial performance and drive profitability through cost management and operational efficiency initiatives.

• Develop strong customer relationships, conduct business reviews, and identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

• Facilitate NPI, transfer projects, and ramp-up activities while ensuring readiness across all functional areas.

• Identify program risks, implement mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues when necessary.

• Analyze key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.

What skills and experiences are we looking for:

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract manufacturing or the electronics manufacturing industry.

• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
