Job Description
1)Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain 100% CTB delivery schedules to achieve production targets while minimizing downtime and ensuring on-time material availability.
2)Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast future material requirements, and maintain optimal stock levels to balance inventory costs with production needs.
3)Procurement Coordination
- Collaborate with internal Operations Planning (OP) and Central Procurement (CP) teams to generate purchase orders, expedite material shortages, and ensure timely delivery of critical materials.
4)Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between inventory records and physical stock, troubleshoot supply chain issues, and implement cost-reduction initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
5)Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
6)Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Materials Planning, or Project Management.
- Experience working in a contract manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Proven experience using SAP PP (Production Planning) module.
- Hands-on experience in work order management, production scheduling, material planning, and inventory control.
7)Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of production planning processes and supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM), material flow, and manufacturing planning.
- Experience in inventory forecasting, inventory analysis, and inventory optimization.
- Ability to generate, analyze, and manage Clear-to-Build (CTB) reports and material shortage reports.
- Understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
