Job Summary
This Programme Manager role is responsible for leading the establishment, strategic positioning, and operationalisation of innovation and commercialisation initiatives. In addition, the Programme Manager is expected to design, implement, and manage programmes to strengthen capability development and ecosystem engagement. This role supports cross-division initiatives and ensures alignment with MRANTI's strategic objectives and national priorities.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment and operationalisation of programmes, including strategic positioning, governance, and roadmap development.
- Design and deliver structured capability programmes, stackable micro-credentials, and certification pathways aligned with national and industry priorities.
- Engage accreditation bodies, universities, and international partners to secure recognition and benchmarking of programmes.
- Build and manage partnerships across industry, startups, academia, and government to strengthen MRANTI's ecosystem role.
- Implement sustainable programme delivery models (hybrid, digital, in-person) to achieve revenue and capability targets.
- Support Programme Unit and cross-division initiatives by integrating capability-building components.
- Oversee operational processes, trainers, SMEs, and vendors, ensuring compliance with MRANTI policies.
- Monitors, reports and measures programme adoption, certification outputs, ecosystem impact, and revenue contributions.
Job Requirements
- A minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Innovation, or a related field.
- 710 years of relevant working experience, with a strong track record in programme management, partnerships, or ecosystem development.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution, with tangible results in programme delivery and revenue generation.
- Experience in managing partnerships and stakeholders across public and private sectors.
- Familiarity with the innovation and commercialisation ecosystem is a strong advantage.
- Strong ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, including government agencies, industry players, and academic institutions.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
- Highly adaptable, collaborative, and resilient, with the ability to perform in dynamic environments.
- Experience working with ministries, government agencies, and accreditation bodies (e.g. HRD Corp, MQA).
- Strong engagement with universities, international partners, startups, and industry stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with trainers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver impactful programmes.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally with other divisions.
- Partner with internal trainers and subject matter experts to ensure successful programme execution.
