We are looking for a Programs Specialists work behind the scenes to build and maintain our sponsorship programs to run efficiently and smoothly by using our database platforms, and serving our sponsored players by assisting them with questions and orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining multiple databases and keeping accurate records.
  • Managing over 500 Players sponsorships accounts.
  • Using Low-code Apps to send out monthly renewal forms, and adding Players credits.
  • Analyzing reimbursement requests to determine payment according to contracts.
  • Answering emails and tickets in Zendesk regarding Players accounts.
  • Work closely with Programs Manager and owner to ensure that contracts are correct, and database is updated, and there is no lapse in sponsorship.
  • Updating Player&aposs Accounts with new addresses and contact information.
  • Removing Players accounts across all systems.

  • Technical Tools & Automation: Build and maintain workflows in Zapier, create JotForms with conditional logic, and tech-savvy quickly adopt new tools and software.
  • Data Management & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and maintain accurate data records; deliver insights to support decision-making.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop, edit, and format training materials, ensuring clarity and usability for end users.
  • Organization & Project Management: Manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, keeping projects and records on track.
