Responsible for providing administrative support and cost control functions to ensure effective project execution. The role covers documentation control, cost monitoring, budgeting support, and financial reporting to maintain project cost integrity and compliance with company and client requirements.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team.
Maintain proper filing and control of project documents including correspondence, contracts, POs, invoices, and timesheets.
Prepare and coordinate project-related documentation such as MOM, letters, transmittals, and reports.
Track personnel mobilisation, attendance, and timesheets for onshore and offshore staff.
Coordinate with procurement, finance, and HR departments on project-related matters.
Assist in preparing project budgets, cost breakdown structures (CBS), and cost forecasts.
Monitor project costs against approved budgets and highlight variances to the Project Manager.
Track commitments, expenditures, and accruals including POs, invoices, and subcontractor claims.
