We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Admin to support our Design Engineering team in coordinating daily administrative and project-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Design Engineering department
- Assist in project documentation, filing, and report preparation
- Follow up closely with internal departments and project stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and project updates
- Prepare reports and updates for HOD
- Ensure proper tracking of project progress and documentation
- Support communication between departments to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
- Degree in Administration, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Electrical background is an added advantage
- Mandarin speaker is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, responsible, and able to multitask
- A good team player and able to work closely with different departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
