Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBLE :

  • Prepare and organize project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of project files, contracts, and agreements.
  • Manage the storage and archiving of all project documents for easy retrieval.
  • Prepare expense reports and update project budget documentation regularly.
  • Coordinate with finance to facilitate timely payments and procurement for project needs.
  • Analyze project data and prepare summaries on project progress, resource utilization, and timeline adherence.
  • Support the preparation of post-project reviews and recommendations.
  • Assist team members with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, updating license in filing, and managing communications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational skills, effective communication, and attention to detail.
  • Must posses own Transport
  • Willing to travel for summiting document and outlet visiting
