Job Purpose:
To manage Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) projects from site assessment to final commissioning, including handling DOE documentation, equipment procurement, and technical compliance. The Project Engineer ensures that all CEMS components are correctly specified, installed, and connected to meet DOE standards, while collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Assist sales team in site visits and produce formal site visit reports.
Conduct internal kick-off meeting with sales team upon receiving Purchase Order (PO).
Liaise with clients regarding DOE documentation requirements.
Introduce and coordinate with Customer Service team to gather necessary documents from client.
Review DOE application forms, generate required technical documents, and hand over to Customer Service for submission.
Ensure stock allocation for each confirmed project involving dust and/or opacity analyzers.
Assist sales in completing the SSF (technical form) for supplier submission.
Take over project execution responsibilities once assigned by Project Manager (PM).
Arrange internal KOM with sales and proposal team.
Lead client KOM and confirm scope and technical details; all KOM materials must be reviewed by PM and TM.
Prepare and review technical documents: GA, Wiring Diagram, P&ID, etc.
Ensure wiring diagrams match client specifications (e.g., redundant PLC, TCP/IP, Modbus RTU).
All documents must be approved by PM and TM before submission.
Procure analyzers, panels, and all components according to approved design.
Manage project through FAT, installation, SAT, and commissioning.
Ensure signed records (FAT, SAT, installation reports) are properly documented.
Handover completed project to Service Team with clear documentation.
Ensure the correct iRemote software version is pre-installed, tested, and configured before deployment.
Closely follow up on iRemote application progress and troubleshoot delays
Verify successful connection of iRemote software to DOE and capture evidence of data transfer.
