Project Assistant – Learn, Coordinate & Grow in Digital Marketing

We're looking for a Project Assistant who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and enjoys coordinating projects and supporting client work. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior candidates looking to build a career in digital marketing and client servicing.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination Support – Assist teams in day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
  2. Documentation & Reporting – Prepare meeting notes, project documentation, and progress updates.
  3. Internal Coordination – Liaise with SEO, Paid Media, Digital Creative, and other teams to align deliverables.
  4. Timeline Tracking – Monitor project schedules and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
  5. Client Support – Assist in handling basic client servicing tasks with guidance from seniors.
  6. Campaign Support – Gain exposure to digital marketing basics and support campaign execution.

What You Bring:

  1. Education – Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  2. Experience – Internship or up to 1 year of experience in project coordination or administrative roles is an added advantage.
  3. Communication Skills – Good written and verbal communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  4. Detail-Oriented – Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and organization.
  5. Learning Attitude – Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital environment.
  6. Team Player – Able to collaborate effectively across departments.
