Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
Develop, maintain, and update project plans, schedules, and trackers to monitor progress and dependencies.
Prepare, maintain, and control project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, risk registers, and weekly project status reports.
Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained in accordance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and internal governance standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Identify, track, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies to senior project managers or management.
Support project governance, change management, and reporting requirements.
Assist in managing project resources and coordinating multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Project management or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in project management for software or IT projects
Experience in IT, system implementation, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues
Familiar with project tools (e.g. Jira, Larksuite, MS Project) is a plus
PMP, CAPM, ACP, or CSM certifications are advantageous
