Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry and answering inquiries
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, delays, and updates
  • Coordinate shipment details such as volume and destination
  • Direct incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate contacts
  • Collaborate with sub-vendors to meet customer expectations
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the delivery process
  • Perform ad hoc task assigned by superior
