Job Role: Business Analyst + Project Coordinator

Job Type: 12 months contract based (Extendable/Renewable based on performance)

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Project management with capability in Agile & waterfall models.
Project Co-ordination
- Will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of a variety of projects.
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Create, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules, timelines, and work breakdown structures.
- Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary. Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, documentation, and meeting minutes.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
- Guide the team in Agile best practices, acting as a servant-leader to remove impediments and foster a self-organizing environment.
- Vigorously track project progress against predefined milestones and deliverables.
- Adhere to a formal change control process, documenting change requests and assessing their impact on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Produce formal, comprehensive status reports for steering committees and external clients, focusing on variance from the baseline plan.
Requirements Elicitation & Analysis
- Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders (from C-level to operational users) to elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
- Translate high-level business goals into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, including user stories, use cases, process flows (BPMN), and data models.
- Decompose large-scale initiatives into manageable epics and features for development teams.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as the trusted advisor and single point of contact for all project stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate project status, risks, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate solutions to balance business needs with technical constraints.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Quality Assurance
- Take full ownership of the UAT process. This includes designing, writing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Meticulously log, track, and manage defects to resolution, ensuring a high-quality product is delivered.
- Obtain formal business sign-off on the delivered solution.
Post-Implementation & Operations Support
- Ownership does not end at project sign-off. You will oversee the solution's transition into operations.
- Monitor the performance and adoption of the solution in the live environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Level 3 operational issues, troubleshooting problems and coordinating long-term fixes.
- Gather feedback from operations to identify future enhancements and feed them back into the product roadmap.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Web Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or other related degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in Project management with capability in Agile & waterfall models.
- Proficiency with project management software, including Azure DevOps / Jira/Confluence (for Agile) and MS Project/Smartsheet (for Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
