Job Description

The Project Coordinator under the Asian Language Team would oversee end-to-end of project assigned. The Project Coordinator is required to liaise with various teams to meet client deadlines by keeping up to-date on project timelines, task progress, stakeholder (internal & external) management, resolving complex problems in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:-

  • Coordinate and track hours and deliverables across multiple channels/clients.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, internal teams, freelancers, and other departments to manage project timelines and materials.
  • Organize and monitor project deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure project documentation and frameworks are maintained and adhered to.
  • Develop and adapt project strategies in response to changing requirements or priorities.
  • Identify project risks/issues and propose actionable solutions.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for project tasks as required.
  • Maintain a reliable pool of freelancers, understanding their capabilities and monitoring performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by taking ownership of new initiatives and suggesting process enhancements.

Qualification & Experience Required:-

  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in Business Management or a related field of study.
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to details and able to work with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge on file management and other administrative procedures
  • Familiar with Microsoft Suites and Google Sheets
