Job Description

Project Overview
The Project Coordinator will support day-to-day activities across an SAP Payroll and Time environment, coordinating solution changes and integration activities with upstream and downstream HR systems.
The role supports both ongoing operations and preparation for future HR and payroll transformation phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily project activities related to SAP Payroll and Time
  • Track project tasks, milestones, actions, and dependencies
  • Coordinate across IT, HR, Payroll, and business teams
  • Schedule meetings, workshops, and project calls
  • Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Support HR system integration activities
  • Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and status reports
  • Support stakeholder communications and reporting

Location:
India (Bangalore 3 days/week onsite)
Malaysia (Selangor 1 day/week onsite, Fridays)
Philippines (Remote, with potential travel)

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience
  • Up to 8 years experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience supporting SAP Payroll and/or Time initiatives
  • Exposure to HR systems integrations
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g. JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Excel)

Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting payroll or HR transformation programs
  • Experience in global or multi-country environments
  • Understanding of payroll and time management processes
  • Formal project management qualifications
