Job Description

  • Support project sales team by handling administrative task and ensuring project progress efficiently and smoothly
  • Manage schedules, resources and communication with stakeholders
  • Plan, execute, manage timeline, coordinate with team and stakeholders
  • Identify quality issues, document progress and prepare reports
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders and external parties
  • Maintain project documentation including reports, meeting minutes and other relevant files/documents
  • Maintain relationship with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and address their concerns
  • Schedule meetings, manage project documents and update project tracking tools
  • Track, analyse and communicate project liabilities and opportunities
  • Oversee the progress of project
